Braintree, MA, Jan. 24, 2008 – Haemonetics announced today the decision by its Board of Directors to expand the role of current Chief Executive Officer Brad Nutter to a newly created position that combines the roles of CEO and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Nutter's promotion is effective immediately.
Ron Gelbman, who will continue in his role as Haemonetics' Lead Director, said "The Company has never been stronger, due in large part to Brad Nutter's passionate, engaged leadership, and the particularly strong management team he's assembled.
