eQue™ Automated Interview and Assessment is a self-administered donor registration system, health history questionnaire and assessment tool to assist blood banks and plasma centers in determining a person's eligibility to donate blood. The eQue platform provides a user-friendly interface with touch screen technology, audio and visual prompts, and multi-lingual capabilities. Once registered, the donor completes the health history questionnaire, and then the eQue platform provides staff with all required information for the center to determine donor eligibility. The "smart" electronic questionnaire shortens the registration process, with improved accuracy.

The eQue system works in both fixed and mobile blood drive environments, and has the flexibility to adapt to a center's own processes and work with any donor management system. This product truly enhances the donation experience for both staff and donors.
