Surround Confirmatory Testing Module

The Surround Confirmatory Testing Module is a web-based supplemental Surround module that provides a single electronic repository that could eliminate existing paper methods, and automatically orders confirmatory tests for samples that have tested positive by screening methods. By supplying a list of all samples eligible for confirmatory testing, the user can then create a test batch that later on in the process will be used for manual test result entry. After a result has been QA released, the Surround Confirmatory Module associates confirmatory results with screening results for Surround samples, or the results can be reported directly to the testing client. Reporting methods currently include printing a hard copy, email, or pdf file.

Surround Web Interface

The Surround Web Interface provides the ability for a client to indicate to a lab through the web what samples the client is sending to the lab for testing. The client will also be able to retrieve the test results from the web.
