Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Information Report (EEO-1)

On this page you will find data submitted by Haemonetics Corporation to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEO-1 report) for calendar year 2021. The EEO-1 report is a compliance survey mandated by federal statute and regulations and requires that we collect and report our U.S. employee population data across certain race and ethnicity designations and job categories as specified by the EEOC for EEO-1 Component 1 data collection.  These categories do not necessarily match the way Haemonetics organizes its workforce or evaluates its diversity, equity and inclusion (“DEI”) data. Thus, meaningful comparisons between EEO-1 report data and other descriptions of Haemonetics’ DEI statistics and disclosures may not be possible.
