Charitable Donations

Driven by our mission and values, we strive to make a positive difference through our actions in the communities where we live and work. We are committed to responding when and where we can to give back to those in need through charitable giving; supporting research aimed at advancing science and clinical care; and advancing global medical knowledge to foster innovation. 

Eligible non-profit organizations can submit requests for donations that fulfill a bona fide charitable purpose and meet our funding criteria.

Criteria

To qualify for a charitable donation, your organization must:

• Be a registered non-profit with a proven commitment to public health or community welfare.
• Request support for programs or initiatives that directly benefit underserved populations, provide community health support, or contribute to charitable events that support overall public health and well-being.
• If products are requested and provided as part of a charitable donation, not use those products for any commercial purposes, resale, or marketing initiatives.
• Abide by our funding restrictions, including requirements related to healthcare professional involvement and interactions and non-capital support usage.

Funding Restrictions

• Donations may not be used to benefit individual healthcare professionals directly.
• Donations for capital projects (e.g., building funds or facility upgrades) are generally not eligible unless under certain circumstances.
• Any donated products must support your organization’s charitable mission and cannot be used in a way that implies an endorsement of our products or company.

How to Apply

To apply for a charitable donation, please submit a complete application detailing your organization’s mission, the specific need for support, and how it will be used to further your charitable objectives here.

All applications will be reviewed according to our criteria to ensure alignment with our Code of Conduct, internal policies and commitment to advancing public health and patient care.
